Here are some things to take into account when you order from me, especially during big shop updates.

✧ Adding items to your basket does not reserve them. They will only be yours once checkout is complete.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

✧ Some products can sell out faster than others and your payment will not work if products have sold out while you were entering your payment information. I know this makes the process stressful, but unfortunately there's nothing I can do.

✧ To save some time at checkout, you can create an account so that your info is already provided.

✧ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣I am a one-woman band with limited space and budget and with a full-time job, which means I make all my products in small batches (which I actually consider "big" for me). This is why there is a limited number of each product available and some might sell out faster than others. I am also kind of starting from scratch right now (new country, new postal system, new suppliers, new website), so I apologise in advance if there are some mishaps & mistakes.

✧ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ My partner helps me pack orders but processing orders can still take a lot of time, sometimes up to two weeks after big shop updates. Than you for your patience and understanding.

✧ I ship everywhere except to: Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovekia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and the United Kingdom. You can read more about why on the dedicated shipping page.

✧ You will receive an email notification and a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. If you picked MONDIAL RELAY at checkout, an email will be sent to you in the days following your order inviting you to choose your pick-up point.
